It goes without saying that your website needs good design, consistent navigation and well-written copy if it is going to do well. But is that all? Absolutely not! In some ways that is the easy part.
Are you confident that you know who is coming to your site? Are they the people that you want? Are you really anticipating their needs? Is the message that you are getting over the one that you want your visitors to hear? Is your site the very best it can be, both for your users and the search engines?
